REFUND

REFUND:

Make your return request via the Fastoche support.

You have the choice between two refund methods:

• Voucher: return and reshipping costs are covered and you will receive a code to use on the Harcour.fr website *see list of eligible countries
• Refund: return costs are deducted from the refund amount you will receive. *see list of eligible countries

Once we have processed your returned parcel, we proceed with the indicated refund.

The refund is made to the payment method used during your initial order.

The bank processing time can take several days (+ weekends, public holidays...), on average allow 7 days to receive it.

If initially, you paid using a Gift Card or a Promotional Code, you will receive a new Code usable on our online site.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your request.

** If you have not received a refund in your account 7 days after processing your return, please contact us so that we can verify the transaction.

You must submit your return request on the Fastoche support.

However, sending your returned parcel must be done at your own expense, by your own means with the carrier of your choice.

You only have access to refunds, no return costs will be deducted from the final amount.
