You can access the Fastoche return support only if the delivery location of your order is among the listed countries:

• Enter your order reference "IN LETTERS" as well as your email address.
• Select the item(s) to return
• Select the reason for the return
• Select the desired refund type: e-gift card or classic refund *see list of eligible countries
• Download and print your return label *see list of eligible countries
• Download and print the return form
• Pack your items
• Choose your nearest drop-off point

If you do not keep the original packaging, you can return your order in another package, provided it is well sealed to avoid loss of items.

It is not necessary to write a shipping address on your parcel, nor to include the printed receipt or a return form.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed the return of your items.

You must submit your return request on the Fastoche support.

However, the sending of your return parcel must be done at your own expense, by your own means with the carrier of your choice.

You only have access to refunds; no return costs will be deducted from the final amount.
