You have 30 days from the shipment of your order to return your purchase made on Harcour.fr.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, with all original accessories and tags. Otherwise, the return may be refused.
** For purchases made in Harcour stores — on another site or partner – contest or exhibition: please contact your seller for the processing of your request.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
Some of our items, due to their specific characteristics, must meet the following conditions in order to be returned:
- Accessories: must be returned with their original complete bag or packaging.
- Sets: items that are part of a set must be returned together without exception.
- Specific packaging and additional accessories: items that come with specific packaging (fabric bag, dedicated box, jacket cover...) or that contain additional accessories must be returned with these and in their original condition.
- Harka helmets are neither accepted for return nor exchanged.
** If you return your entire order and you received a gift, it must also be sent back to us.
RETURNING MULTIPLE ORDERS:
With the return support Fastoche, you can only return items from the same order.
MODIFY OR CANCEL THE RETURN REQUEST:
- If your return request is not finalised, you can go back to the previous pages to modify your choices.
- If you have changed your mind and decide to keep the item, you do not need to do anything if it has not been shipped. We only process cases upon receipt of parcels.
- After your request has been validated, if you wish to change your choice (refund or voucher), please contact us to find out if your request can be accommodated.
