How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to justify your choice.
If your order contains several items delivered separately, this period starts from the receipt of the last item.
How do I make my request?
You can make your withdrawal request directly on the FASTOCHE portal provided to you by HARCOUR.
This portal is also accessible:
- via the "Returns and withdrawal" link located in the footer of our website;
- from your Client Area, in the "Order history and details" section.
Follow the various steps indicated on the portal to identify your order and confirm your withdrawal request.
From 19 June 2026, once your request is confirmed, an acknowledgment of receipt specifying notably the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of its sending will be sent to you by email.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the standard form attached to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale or by sending us, before the expiry of the applicable period, any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw.
How much time do I have to return my order?
From the communication of your decision to withdraw, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to return the Products to HARCOUR.
When your country is eligible for the service offered, the FASTOCHE portal will send you a return label. We invite you to consult the portal for the list of eligible countries as well as the applicable pricing conditions.
Return costs remain your responsibility, unless otherwise indicated on the portal at the time of your request.
In what condition must the Products be returned?
Products must be returned complete and, as far as possible, in their original packaging, with their labels, accessories, manuals, and any accompanying documents.
You may handle and try a Product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning, as you would in a store.
Your liability can only be engaged in case of depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this examination. Prolonged use, signs of wear, marks, damage, or the absence of an accessory may result in a reduction of the refunded amount.
Any deduction applied by HARCOUR will correspond exclusively to the actual loss in value observed or the value of missing elements. It will be justified and proportionate to the condition of the returned Product.
However, the absence or deterioration of the original packaging alone cannot deprive you of your legal right of withdrawal.
When will I be refunded?
In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, HARCOUR will refund you the amounts paid for the returned Products as well as the initial delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of the order.
Additional costs related to the choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery are not refunded.
The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date HARCOUR is informed of your decision to withdraw.
However, HARCOUR may delay the refund until the Products are recovered or until proof of their shipment is received, the date retained being that of the first of these events.
How will I be refunded?
By default, the refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order, without additional fees.
You may also expressly choose to receive a HARCOUR voucher of an equivalent amount, when this option is offered on the FASTOCHE portal. This choice is optional and cannot be imposed on you. In the absence of an express choice in favour of the voucher, the refund will be made using the original payment method.
