You will receive updates on the status of your order by email.
You can also access this information in the My Account section under My Orders.
Here are the statuses your order will go through:
- Payment accepted: you have confirmed your order and its payment. It is sent to the warehouse for preparation
- Pre-order: your order will be prepared upon receipt of the items in our stock
- Shipped: your order has been prepared and then received by the carrier
- Delivered: you have received your order
- Cancelled: your order has been cancelled
- Partial refund: part of your order has been refunded
- Refunded: your entire order has been refunded
- Another status appears: Contact customer service. There is probably an issue that may block your order.
