Common causes of not receiving parcel tracking:
Please remember to check beforehand:
- Your email inbox SPAM folder
- Whether your customer account information is correct (phone and email...)
** In case of any changes, they will only be taken into account for your next order.
PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER:
Your parcel was not received by you within the allotted time and is marked as returned to sender in the tracking: upon receipt at our premises, we will contact you by email in order to proceed with the reshipment.
If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours, your items will be refunded and restocked. We will send you a confirmation email.
PARCEL ISSUE:
Parcel not delivered:
If your parcel is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please send us all relevant documents by email in PDF format: client@harcour.fr
Damaged or incomplete parcel:
If you notice an issue with your parcel upon delivery and it is damaged or incomplete, please make sure to report and note the issue with the delivery person or at the collection point at the time of receipt and also send us all relevant documents by email in PDF format: client@harcour.fr

- English Certificate
- Description of the general condition of the parcel and the issue observed to be included in the certificate
- Photos of the condition of your parcel upon arrival
- Photos of the shipping label
- Copy of your ID card front/back
Please do not forget to include your parcel tracking number.
