DELIVERY METHODS, COST AND TIMEFRAME

To ensure you receive quality service, the most suitable rates and transport methods will be offered based on the nature of each order (carriers may vary depending on your destination address).

The delivery timeframe does not include the time taken to prepare your parcel.

For deliveries outside France via Colissimo, the carrier may hand over your parcel to an authorised provider in the destination country.

Parcels are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) following receipt of payment.

This processing time may be extended during busy periods: sales, year-end holidays, and in cases of force majeure.

For many destinations outside the European Union, customs fees will be payable upon arrival of your order (excluding Switzerland: DDP)

Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance delays (beyond our control)
