Have you spotted or are you a potential victim of a possible scam, a social media account, a website, or a suspicious app using one of our logos, one of our images, or other intellectual property?
Harcour is in no way responsible for such actions and disclaims all liability.
Here are some tips to help you recognise a fraud attempt:
If you are contacted by email, check if the sender uses an official Harcour email address. If in doubt, contact us. We will be able to confirm the authenticity of the sender.
Is the suspicious social media account verified? A checkmark appears on verified pages and accounts to prove their authenticity.
Outside of any online purchase on harcour.fr, we will never ask you to make a payment to participate in a competition, a draw, or any other similar programme.
Have you spotted suspicious activity? Please report it to us. When reporting a potential scam, please provide the URL associated with the website. If this scam reached you by email, please attach the original email.
If you are the presumed victim of a scam, we strongly recommend that you file a complaint with your local police authority.
